B&B Collection is looking for a digital marketing specialist that will be responsible for all phases of online campaigns through the allocated channels, including strategy, planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting, having objectives such as increase brand awareness, promote company products and drive prospects to conversions.

The role includes analyzing web traffic, developing effective and cost effective marketing strategies, monitoring and tracking efficacy of campaign efforts and channel attribution, audience segmentation and targeting, establishing key success metrics to increase traffic drivers that grow our audience.

This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce and will receive mentoring while working closely with the rest of the team.

The candidate should have:

- Experience in Online Marketing for at least 3 years.

- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Experience with audience acquisition and segmentation, campaign analysis and solid understanding of campaign metrics.

- Experience in eCommerce is a solid plus.

This job will be based in Romania, Bucharest, central location.
